Ruud Hendriks trains aspiring supervisory board members and non-executive directors on governance within startups and scale-ups six times a year.
Contrary to the general assumption that overseeing smaller companies is easier, Ruud emphasises that it can actually be more complex. During these sessions he addresses the forty most common mistakes startup founders make and teaches future supervisors how to identify them. He also goes in depth on the legal aspects of governance.
